Shattered

I want to scream a vibration that will shatter glass.

Just like your existence shattered my heart.

I want to remove the attachment I let my mind irrationally add.

Just like you removed the inexplicable connection we’ve always had.

I want to forget the fact that I’ll never find someone as magnetizing as you.

Just like you forced yourself to forget how deeply I made you laugh too.

I want to erase you from my identity.

Just like you erased the innocence of my vulnerability.

I want to scream vibration that will shatter glass.

Just like you shattered the illusion of someone I thought I knew.
